{"id":654,"date":"2019-09-09T19:04:43","date_gmt":"2019-09-09T19:04:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rsidrivesroi.com\/?post_type=case-study&#038;p=654"},"modified":"2019-09-11T20:49:35","modified_gmt":"2019-09-11T20:49:35","slug":"tea-tap-system","status":"publish","type":"case-study","link":"https:\/\/rsidrivesroi.com\/projects\/tea-tap-system\/","title":{"rendered":"Case Study: Tea Tap System"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Challenge &#8211; Elevating the Guest Experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After being selected as the sole equipment designer and fabricator for Salata in 2018, RSI was tasked with evaluating everything Salata was doing as it related to their food &amp; beverage equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently recognized as one of the fastest growing health food franchises in America, Salata is known for their high-quality ingredients, salads, wraps, soups, and craft teas &amp; lemonades. Traditionally, their beverages had been served at ambient temperatures. You could add ice, but as the drink cooled, the quickly-melting ice would diminish the flavor profiles of their unique beverages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"516\" src=\"https:\/\/rsidrivesroi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/salata-1-1024x516.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-918\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rsidrivesroi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/salata-1-1024x516.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/rsidrivesroi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/salata-1-300x151.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rsidrivesroi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/salata-1-768x387.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Solution \u2013 As they were intended<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After discussing the challenge as a team with Salata, RSI went to the drawing board to develop a dispensing system to deliver their hand-crafted teas and lemonades as they were intended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RSI tackled this R&amp;D project in short order and developed a system that now dispenses Salata\u2019s craft beverages at a refreshing 34-degrees. No more need for ice and no dilution of flavor.
